Steamboat @ Tung Castle

Lucky me! I was invited to the Tung castle for LingT's Homecoming steamboat dinner. There was so so much to eat!!. As most of the invitees were Chinese takeaway tycoons of some sort lol we had really good food. Check out the scallops, the prawns, dumplings, fish cakes and the noodles. This definately wasn't your student prepared steamboat in a rice cooker. On top of that, there were also beef stews and chicken teriyaki sticks !!!

One of LingT's Aunt made Tang Yuen with PEANUT BUTTER!!!.. Good Substitute eh!

And this was my favourite!!!.. TAU HUEY!!!!!!.. Silky smooth goodness man.. It came in a PAIL!!!! LOL!!

See Woo BBQ Steamboat

Happy Birthday Big G.!!!.
Big G celebrated his birthday yesterday at See Woo. See Woo is one of probably 3 places in Glasgow where you can find steamboat meals. I believe their selection is the best. I did not eat that night but from what I observed, there was a quite a selection of meats, unlimited prawns, exotic seafood like crabs, bamboo clams, top Shells and even crab.. All these for 15.50 per head and students get a 10% i think? I don't know haha. Only had a drink which was given a 30% discount if you ate at the steam boat section.

I should consider heading there someday with Aa and C when she comes back.
