Eastern Europe Western Delights Tour 7: Budapest, Hungary
Budapest Hungary is an amazingly beautiful city like Prague but designed in consideration of its contrasting flat and hilly landscape transected by a river with monetary funding from long standing Monarchy.

OH this is a very interesting risotto like dish. Its layered cabbage with rice in between with a baked cheese topping and served with a tomato-based paprika sauce. I wish I know what its called. It taste like.... Hainanese Curry vegetable rice??

The first of many icecream that I had from this point on. No idea what goes into it but its not your average Macdonald's soft serve. My sis says it taste like the Ikea soft serve. Its rather thick and milky yet with each bite u can feel the ice crystals..
Yummy waffle.. ONly nice when hot!!!. I din't add icecream onto it... Can't cope with the balancing act of holding my camera and 3 desserts at the same time lol

Eastern Europe Eastern Delights Tour 2: Dresden
On the way to Berlin, we passed by Dresden near the southeastern border of Germany for a pit stop. The city was destroyed by aerial bombings during WWII and much of watch you see now was built over the last 40 years

Eastern Europe Eastern Delights Tour 1: Prague
The reason I was away was because the whole family had gone to tour Eastern Europe. Hey... Sounds like a great opportunity for a fantastic food tasting trip of the various East European delights eh.....

Hmm... It din turn out to be a European food feast as much as I had hoped for it to be. We went with a tour agency that opted to go for a menu that composed of 60% Chinese food and 40% European food. Not much that I can complain about since we were limited with traveling dates and this was the only package available.
In which case, I'll just have to make the most out of it. Would be interesting to see what Chinese food is like in other European countries rite? . C'mon u must have been tempted to try Macdonald's outside of your own country too yea?
Taking me some time to get these post up. Hopefully they will start streaming in steadily as I plow through tonnes of photos from The Europe trip, The UK trip, Graduation and The Local delights I have been trying to load up on before I head back to Glasgow.
