Simple Cheesecake !!!

Cheesecake can be as simple and cute as these little ones here. It took me half the amount of time to make these ramekin cheesecakes and tasted as good as the full 10 inch cakes. There's no secret that I can't divulge to making good cheesecake so pay close attention to this post.

Ingredients (makes approximately 9 cups)
-------------------------
1/2 a roll of oreo
300g Philadelphia Cheese x 2 3.00p
2 medium sized eggs
1/2 cup sugar (I'll put it up in Grams when I find out soonish)
1/2 a cup of standard small size sour cream
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
15g sieved flour
9cm Ramekins ( I got them for 1.50p a piece)

First things, crush up the oreo. its dark and not speckly white because I took out the cream

Spoon the oreo into the ramekins and press them down to form a flat base.

Thaw the cheese first to help soften it. Mix the cheese together with the sugar until its smooth. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees C at this stage.

Crack in the eggs, one at a time.

Add in the sour cream, vanilla and the sieved flour

Spoon in the mixture into the little ramekins.

Setup a water bath with boiling water fill up as high as you can go. This will help to prevent the cakes from cracking. Bake for 35mins and leave in the oven to rest for about 1-2 hours. Let the cake cool down before putting in the fridge and let it set overnight.

So here's a quick visual recap of the ingredients minus the flour and sugar
