Studying can be boring.. which is why i am here blogging. Dinner from sometime ago. Aa marinated some chicken in a green jalapeno sauce which gave it a very nice peri peri taste. Cooked up some Cous cous. Never thought I'll like cous cous but its quite nice when simmered in a vegetable stock. Boil up some courgettes and carrots and we are off to go.
