The final lunch

This is a back post. Last homecooked meal before I flew back to Glasgow. Simple yet soul nourishing. Some Ngor hiang to start off.

Fresh Fish from the sea in a soy sweet chilli gingery sauce.

EXtremely fresh squid from the beach just down from my house. Squid was stir fried with veges in a oyster sauce.

Some greens with fresh prawns.

Missing the luxury of home cooked food already............
