Tungsista4's Graduation Meal

We celebrated Tungsista4's graduation with a meal at the Grill on the corner. The place was furnished with a chic modern look for lots of dinning area and an adjoining bar area. The group of us were entitled to a long high table in a private corner.

Banger's and Mash made using Riley's Cumberland Sausages with mash and onion gravy

Chicken Pot Pie.

Queenie Scallops pan fried in garlic butter served with linguine.

Fish and Chips with some mushy peas on the side.

Chicken Fajitas with onions peppers and sides.

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Chocolate Tarte tatin?

The meal was good and the 40% discount made it all the merrier. I just wished they grilled the steak according to our preferences. It was slightly overdone and luckily I anticipated that and went for a lower degree of doness.
