Aa's Jap Meal

My mouse has broken down. Hence the lack of post recently. Well things are back to order again so here comes the food. Aa made this unusual japanese salad to go with his soba. In it was some silken tofu, bonito flakes, seaweed and polish cured ham?? Er.. ok don't ask me how it taste but I assumed it would have been quite salty.
