Chicken CHow mien

I made this simple dish using the left over chicken breast from my chicken soup. Boil some sphagetti till it was soft not al dente. Fry up some garlic, throw in the chicken and some sliced can mushrooms. Give it a good stir, throw in the noodles and finally add in a suitable amount of oyster sauce, sesame seed oil, light soy sauce and chinese wine.

* u can always substitute the chicken with mince pork which i find taste much better than dry chicken meat ;)
